New Features

  • XLS deprecated as supported format from October 1st
    • XLS format will deprecated and will be removed from supported formats in the reporting module of Centra. We will remove XLS on 1st of October.
    • XLSX and CSV will still continue to be supported.
  • Possibility to define G:ID in Google Feed
    • Product SKU can be selected as a g:id in Google Feed plugin.
    • With this feature you will be able to use a single product identifier across multiple systems (Centra, WMS, ERP, Google Merchant etc.)
    • Configure settings to remove the country code and Centra store ID from the g:id value in your Google Feed, ensuring consistent product identifiers across different countries of sale.
    • By default, the g:id value is set to ‘Centra Database ID’, with the country code and store ID settings preset to ‘Yes’
  • UI components indicating the export status & export history for Product Catalog
    • Improved user experience thanks to exposing the export status: in queue, in progress, completed, failed.
    • Export status notification follows the user to other Centra pages.
    • The catalog can be downloaded directly from the status notification, if Centra was closed after the export was initiated.
    • Catalog export history saves files generated by any user and enables the possibility to download them, instead of generating the new product catalog.
  • Integration API improvement
    • Introduced ‘isWaitingForCheckFirstAllocation’ to order query and filter in Integration API.
    • Included allocations pending to Check first warehouses in 'OrderAllocationSplits' and exposing the allocation status as 'Waiting for Check first' in response.
  • Order allocaiton improvement
    • 'OrderAllocationSplits' now takes into consideration pending allocations to Check first warehouses and exposes the allocation status as 'Waiting for Check first'
  • UI Improvements
    • Naming of the ‘Harm code’ column in the product catalog file now follows the naming in the admin panel.
    • Enabled auto-generation of ‘Inventory: Report’, ‘Catalog: Status’ and ‘Inventory: By warehouse’ reports by adding the ‘Timeframe’ selector to the template.

New Features

  • Size distribution improvment
    • You are now able to see how quantities are going to change when adding specific number to items to distribute
  • Linesheet template improvement
    • You can now define the limit for attribute value length and limit the number of rows of attributes.
  • New email trigger: invoice
    • You can now trigger an email to be sent with the invoice.
    • This email is also possible to send with Klaviyo, Voyado and Rule

  • Delivery windows on products same in Showroom and Centra UI
  • Sales Representatives remainig visible
  • Confirming orders in Showroom when the 'Split By' Setting is set to 'Delivery Window'
