How to clone orders in Centra Showroom

During high season you might want to place the exact same order for multiple accounts. It's now possible to copy an order to the same or other accounts, as well as to other markets and pricelists. This article will show you how to do it. Just follow the numbered steps below to begin.

How to clone/copy orders in Centra Showroom

The following steps will show you how to copy an order

1. Log in to the Showroom. Read more about how to do that here
2. Once logged in to the Showroom, click Edit order sheet as shown in the image below to come to the order sheet list Or, click the hamburger menu in the top left corner and click Order sheets
3. Find the order that you would like to clone/copy by either scrolling through the list, or searching for it in the search bar. Once you've found it, click the 3 dots to the right on the order row and Copy to new order sheet
4. After clicking the dots, this pop-up window will appear where you select either the same default account as the order sheet you are copying from, or to another buyer account of your choice. Then click Continue
5. You will then enter the new cloned order sheet and see the whole selection
6. Now you can add additional styles or quantities before you check out as in a normal order flow in the Centra showroom

It is also possible to copy the order sheet to another account that has a different market and pricelist. Here is how you do it:

1. Follow the steps 1-3 as discribed above
2. In the pop-up window shown in step 4 above, you can now select another buyer than the default one. In this example this buyer now has a different market and pricelist. Then click Continue
3. Now you may get a notification message saying "Some of the products or their quantities are not available and they are not included in the new order sheet"
4. You can click Show details to see which products were affected by the market and pricelist change
5. You can also hover the little "tag"-symbol to see the quantites affected for each size
6. Now you can add additional styles or quantities before you check it out as a normal order flow in the Centra showroom
