How to create account or login to Centra Showroom

Read this article to learn how to log in to Centra Showroom and select your active role. This guide applies to Showroom buyers, sales representatives, and administrators. Administrators must first create the accounts and buyers in Centra admin or Showroom. Read the following instructions to learn how to create an account:
Login to Centra Showroom
Buyers and accounts
When an administrator creates your profile, you will receive an email with a Showroom link to set up your password. Click the link to set up the login password.
To log in to the Showroom:

Go to the Showroom URL.

Enter your email address.

Click Continue.

Enter your password or select a social login option (Login by Google or Login by Microsoft).

Administrators and sales representatives
Full-access administrators must configure internal users in Centra admin before those users can access the Showroom. To set up user access:

Go to System > Users and create the user.

In the access rights, grant at least the following rights:
- WHOLESALE SALES
- WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS
- WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS READ/UPDATE.

Assign the user to at least one account to enable Showroom login.

Switch between roles
If you have access to multiple accounts or user profiles, Centra lets you manage them all under a single login. You log in once and switch between roles without signing out.
- Use one email and password across all assigned roles and accounts.
- Reset your password once and the change applies to all your Showroom logins.
- Switch roles from your profile at any time using the dropdown in the top-right corner.
- Return to your last role automatically — Centra remembers your most recent role selection.
How to switch your role
Your login experience depends on whether you are a new or existing user:
- New users: If an administrator assigned multiple roles to your email address, select your role on the initial login screen. Centra remembers this selection for future sessions.
- Existing users: If you previously logged in to the Showroom and need to switch your active role, follow the steps below.

Click Change Profile.

Select your desired role from the Choose Profile list.

The system records a separate Last Login date for each role on the Users and Buyers lists. The selector displays "Buyer in [Account name]" and a shopping bag icon for buyer roles, or your username and a user icon for internal user roles.
When this is useful
For buyers
Apply the role selector to these purchasing scenarios:
- Manage multiple retail regions: You buy for multiple regions or locations. Switch between accounts while building a selection — assortment, pricing, billing and shipping details update automatically for each account.
- Consolidate account logins: You work across multiple retailers. Access all your retailer accounts without maintaining separate email addresses or passwords for each.
For sales representatives or administrators
Apply the role selector to these operations:
- Test account configurations: Add your individual admin email as a buyer on a specific account to troubleshoot client access. Switch to this buyer profile to verify product visibility, pricing, and discount settings without requiring a separate test login. This allows administrators to have one email address across multiple roles.
