What do all the settings in the Showroom plugin mean

To use our Showroom for your B2B sales you need to have a Showroom plugin. Here you can read more about what each settitng mean and how to fill them out.
Showroom Settings in Plugin
Showroom API
Status: Here is a status bar for Inactiva, Active or Cancelled plugin
Plugin name: The Name of the plugin for internal use
Plugin: Showroom API
Settings
URI: The URI of the Plugin. Affects API URL, if changed after Showroom is already running it will brake Showroom. (Showroom frontend won't be able to communicate with backend unless it’s updated on the server too)
URL: This is an API URL. Showroom will be hosted on different URL, usually <customerName>.supply.io
Debug mode: Yes or No - Enable to log everything and output some debugging information in the API responses
Company name: The name of your company as it should be displayed in the Showroom
Login page message: This message will appear on the Showroom login page. Default text is 'Welcome to the [Brand name] showroom!'
"Sold out" label: This is how the products that are out of stock are labeled. Default text is 'Sold out' but it can be changed here to for example 'Coming soon' or 'Temporarily out of stock'
Allowed origins: This will tell from which pages API can be accessed. The most secure option will be to allow only Showroom URL, usually <customerName>.supply.io
or custom domain
Showroom URL: Emails will have a link to this URL. It is still possible to specify the URI appended to this in the API
Minimum password length: The minimum password length to use in the Showroom
Image sizes: Select the image size you would you to show in the Showroom here
Required checkout fields: Select which fields should be required in the Showroom checkout
Remove fields from checkout: Select if you want to remove any specific fields form the checkout, sometimes you don’t want the customer to have the option to select a PreferredShippingDate or a CancelDate for example
Show unpaid invoices notification: There will be a notification displayed in Showroom if there are overdue invoices for the account. This option depends on Block if unpaid invoices setting both in Store settings and on Account level
Buyer checkout: Yes or No - If set to no a seller must approve the order before checkout. A buyer can request a seller to approve the order
Buyer editing: Yes or No – Allow sellers/agents to manage (add/edit) buyers on the account via Showroom
Account editing: Yes or No – Allow sellers/agents to edit an existing accounts information (shipping addresses and invoicing) via Showroom
Shared links: Enable or Disable – Select if you want the option to be able to share an order sheet that allows them to view and edit orders without needing a login to the Showroom
Removed fields from checkout via shared link: Here you can select the fields you which to remove from the checkout of a shared link that is being visited
Products loaded at a time: Number of products the frontend should load at a time. Leave blank or set to 0 to use the default value
Variant number: Select if you want to show the Product SKU + Variant SKU or only Variant SKU in the Showroom
Background overlay: Yes or No – Depending on if you have a dark or a light background image on the login page of the showroom an overlay of darkness can make it easier to read
Google Analytics tracking ID: If you would like to do tracking of the usage of the showroom please enter you Google tracking ID here
Hotjar site ID: If you have an Hotjar account and would like to track the behavior of your users in the showroom then you can type your Hotjar ID here
Product filters
Display Preorder and Stock products separately in All products page: If set to Yes then there will be tabs displayed in All products page that will separate products from Preorder and Stock type
Product filter fields: Select which fields you would like to be able to filter on in the Showroom
Product attributes
Product listing pages: Select which fields you would like to see on the product listning page in the Showroom
Product details pages: Select which fields you would like to see on the product details page in the Showroom
Export fields: Select which fields you would like to be included when you make exports from the Showroom
